We handle all types of matters in the jurisdiction of the Probate Court such as the probate of Wills and Estates, Administrations for estates that do no have a Will, the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Living Wills and other matters.
THREE TYPES OF SERVICE
In-Office
Most clients are able to come in to one of our office locations and meet with an attorney and/or staff member to prepare or sign documents.
In-Home
We now offer an in-home signing service for Wills, Powers of Attorney and several other types of document where the client may be home-bound or their schedule makes them unavailable during typical office hours. There are requirements and additional fees for this premium service.
Virtual
We have the ability to conduct virtual office meetings through Zoom or other video services in order to maximize convenience for the client.
Where needed, documents can be prepared through information provided on-line or by phone consultation and provided for your signature through email or other digital delivery.
